Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a PE Engineer located in Sungai Buloh plastic system devision. The PE Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the efficient functioning of production processes. Daily tasks include designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing workflows. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot process issues, ensure product quality, and maintain safety standards. The PE Engineer is also expected to conduct process evaluations and make recommendations for continual improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in production process design, implementation, and optimization
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to troubleshoot process issues
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of safety standards and quality control practices in manufacturing
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Relevant experience in automotive manufacturing is a plus
