Digital Content Creator (Video & Graphic)

Job Description:

  • Develop and produce creative video, visual, and written content for social media (FB, IG, TikTok), e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada & TikTok Shop), and the company website.
  • Design digital assets including graphics, banners, and marketing collaterals to ensure consistent brand identity.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute content calendars and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Manage social media posting, online community engagement, and customer inquiries across digital platforms.
  • Identify and optimize digital advertising opportunities (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing) to increase brand visibility and performance.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report digital performance metrics, and coordinate with external agencies or influencers to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Someone who genuinely enjoys snacks
  • Proficiency in photo/video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, and AI-based tools).
  • Proficiency in AI platforms such as ChatGPT and other generative AI tools.
  • Experience in social media or digital marketing, with solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of major social media & e-commerce platforms (FB, IG, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada).
  • Creative content writing, photography, and editing skills for digital and social media use.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Malay, with strong design sense and visual creativity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
