Your tasks & responsibilities will be to :

  1. To be responsible for checking all construction drawings in terms of accuracy and discrepancy, highlight discrepancies or lack of information and following up.
  2. To supervise, control, co-ordinate and monitor the activities of workers engaged at the construction site by ensuring that all works are carried out in accordance to schedules, drawings, specifications and client's requirements.
  3. To maintain the proper record of construction drawings.
  4. To highlight to superior immediately when encounters any disorder of construction activities and site problem at site.
  5. To supervise defect rectification works on site with proper documentation.
  6. To verify checklist and daily record of all activities at the construction site and attend relevant meetings. Assist superior in preparation of reports and necessary documents.
  7. To prepare daily report.
  8. To ensure proper storage /protection of materials on site.
  9. To keep proper record of quality assurance form / inspection form / checklists and to ensure end product quality meeting requirements.
  10. To ensure that site housekeeping is carried out daily from respective subcontractors.
  11. To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

To be eligible for this role, you will require:

  1. Minimum 4 months of internship period.
  2. Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural or any relevant sector to the construction field.
  3. Possess a good interpersonal skills.
  4. Must have own transportation for commuting and site travel.
  5. Physically fit, as the role requires frequent site visits and walking on-site.
