Trade Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute roadshows, in-store events, and sampling activities according to the campaign calendar.
- Take accurate measurements and prepare layouts for booths, gondolas, and display areas in stores.
- Supervise production and installation of promotional materials (bunting, standee, display rack, booth setup).
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and store representatives to ensure timely and quality execution.
- Key in promotional planning and bulletin updates into internal systems or retailer portals accurately and on time.
- Track and monitor trade promotions to ensure execution aligns with approved plans.
- Prepare post-activity reports, photo documentation, and budget summaries for each campaign.
- Support the Trade Marketing team in in-store visibility and merchandising execution.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand guidelines before production.
- Monitor POSM (Point of Sale Materials) inventory and coordinate timely delivery to outlets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in trade marketing, brand management, or sales (FMCG/retail industry preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and sales reports.
- Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Willingness to travel if required and work closely with cross-functional teams.
