Responsible:

  • Responsible for mechanical and electrical design & drawings
  • Responsible for M&E scope of works, cabling & cable tray, low voltage reticulation, and incoming power supply.
  • Preparation of M&E cost estimate based on design.
  • Execute all documentations such as Request for Inspection, Material Approval, Method Statement, Non-conformance Report, and Variation Order.
  • Plan works for M&E trades of daily & weekly progress targets based on the short-term details schedule.
  • Plan the construction sequence of M&E trade and any interfacing in detail
  • Monitor the overall M&E works progress, work scheduling, manpower, and material schedules.
  • Plan, supervise, and coordinate M&E works at the site, including activities related to procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning, and conduct quality inspection and control
  • Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or any relevant qualifications
  • At least 1 year of working experience at a factory in handling and coordinating mechanical & electrical-related projects
  • Experience in ISO 9001 & safety & health
  • Fast, efficient, productive & able to multi-task with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
  • Excellent organisational skill is a must, including the ability to analyse tasks and prioritise
  • High level of flexibility and ability to adapt to quick changes in priorities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,300.00 per month
