Job Description

Yans Creation is seeking enthusiastic and friendly Sales Promoters to join our team. We are looking for individuals who enjoy engaging with new customers, building long-term relationships, and delivering excellent sales service. You will represent our brand by providing product demonstrations and creating a positive shopping experience for every customer.

This role is based at Parkson – The Hextar World at Empire City, Jalan Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor for the clothing brand, Yani Bakhtiar.

Full-time positions are available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and serving customers.
  • Build a positive brand image and guide customers to explore our products.
  • Understand product features thoroughly and share information confidently with customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Support daily store operations, including housekeeping to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Conduct inventory checks and prepare daily sales reports.
  • Ensure stock is accurately priced and well-presented.

Requirements

  • Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail shifts.
  • Strong communication skills in Malay language (English proficiency is an added advantage).
  • Prior customer service or sales experience is an advantage.
  • Friendly, approachable, and passionate about engaging with people.
  • Confident in product handling, presentation, and communication.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
