Job Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices, payments, and bank transactions accurately and on time.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all entries are correct.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing, including journal entries and ledger updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve payment or billing issues.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and local tax regulations.
  • Support audits with proper documentation and schedules.

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–2 years accounting experience
  • Familiarity with accounting software.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Good communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
