1. Assist in all post sales administration activities.

3. Assist in all correspondence and enquiries from the purchasers, solicitors, and financiers making sure they are being attended to promptly with appropriate actions.

4. Work with the Sales & Marketing personnel for prompt customer service in regards to preparation and checking of all relating documentations, status of project completion, and vacant possession handling procedures.

5. Work with the accounts department for the issuance of receipts and other administrative matters.

6. Assist in handling customer service matters pertaining to vacant possession and defect liability complaints.

7. Assist in handling appointments, complaints and rectification progress.

8. Assist in project launches and other related events when required;
9. Maintain proper filing systems to ensure the traceability of documents.

10. Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

**JOBS REQUIREMENT**

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia;
Knowledge in Mandarin will be an added advantage;
Must be willing to work on weekends / public holiday if required.

Meticulous, independent, and able to work in a fast-pace environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:
