Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed company targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients through research and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, quotations, and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, production, logistics, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
  • Provide feedback to management on market conditions and competitor activities.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Result-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM / SAP software is an added advantage.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
