Responsibilities:

  • Collecting and analyzing customer data to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences.
  • Utilizing CRM systems to effectively manage and maintain customer relationships.
  • Innovating new strategies to address and fulfill customer needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Managing and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervising interactions between customers and key team members, including Customer Service Representatives, to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Creating and implementing retention campaigns to enhance customer loyalty and minimize churn.
  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns aimed at both acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
  • Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, customer service, and operations teams to enhance overall customer experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English and Chinese, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • Prior experience in marketing agency, e-commerce, or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics CRM, is required.
  • Proficient in navigating and utilizing CRM systems to manage customer relationships and data effectively.
