 What You'll Do

  • Design and execute engaging email campaigns and CRM strategies to attract, retain, and re-engage customers
  • Manage automated workflows, segmentation, and personalized content strategies
  • Use CRM tools to enhance customer interaction and drive conversions
  • Analyze campaign performance data (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and continuously optimize results
  • Collaborate across content, product, and design teams to bring email strategies to life
  • Edit email templates using basic HTML to ensure flawless display across all platforms
  • Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, layouts, and messaging
  • Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
  • Monitor customer behavior and feedback to improve retention strategies

 What You Bring

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing, ideally in financial services or trading
  • Hands-on experience with tools like , Mailchimp, or Stripo
  • Solid knowledge of basic HTML for formatting and troubleshooting templates
  • Proven success with segmentation, automation, and personalization strategies
  • Analytical mindset and experience using data to drive marketing decisions
  • Strong multitasking and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

 Work Schedule & Setup

  • Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Hybrid model: Work from home every Wednesday
  • Full-time, permanent position
