As Programme Executive, you'll help turn those big ideas into digital learning experiences that stick and inspire action, not just understanding.

You'll spearhead the delivery of our flagship virtual programmes, working closely across teams to keep operations sharp and seamless. You'll also support content development for our programmes and help shape the way we pitch programmes to partners and funders. From programme setup to ensuring narrative clarity, your role will be critical in helping us deliver impactful programmes that will reach a global audience, at scale. 

What You'll Be Doing

Programme Delivery Coordination

  • Coordinate and oversee the delivery of virtual and hybrid programmes for and our partners
  • Maintain programme schedules and track deliverables across functions, working in collaboration with the Programme Lead and Content, Content Production, and Client Success teams
  • Support the Content team with scripting, copywriting for learning activities, and other programme collaterals
  • Coordinate reviews and approvals, QA cycles, and setup requirements (platform, sessions, assets) for the different phases of each programme
  • Monitor and escalate any potential risks/concerns proactively to the Programme Lead

Reporting & Quality Assurance

  • Track completion, assessment outputs, and milestone progression
  • Draft operational performance reports and lessons-learned summaries

Commercial & Proposal Support

  • Conduct research to identify new opportunities in line with 's business strategy
  • Contribute to proposal development, including delivery model, schedule, operational assumptions
  • Assist the Programme Lead with proposal writing where necessary

What We Are Looking For

  • 1-3 years experience in programme coordination, project management, or executive or higher education, preferably in a client-facing role
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Demonstrated organisational and communication skills - ability to produce high quality copywriting is essential
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders
  • Comfortable with LMS tools, spreadsheets, and dashboards
  • Attention to detail and an eye for continuous improvement
  • Strong systems thinking, critical thinking, and creative intelligence
