Job Type: Full Time

Salary: RM 1800 – RM 4500 (depends on title, experience and qualification, negotiable)

Responsibilities:

• Provide gentle care and daily routines for infants e.g. feeding, bathing, changing, napping and comforting infants.
• Implement developmental-appropriate play-based activity based on lessons plan
• Observe and document each baby's milestones progress and needs to prepare periodic assessment report
• Communicate closely with parents on daily routines, baby milestones, and achievements
• Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness of the nursery area
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Organise & participate in school events e.g. family day, celebrations, parents-teacher meeting
• For Nurse Lead: Supervise & lead infant care teachers

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education / KAP certified / any other related fields e.g. Psychology, Education, Nursing
• For Nurse Lead: Must possess in Nursing studies and is an active registered nurse. Paediatric nurse is highly preferred.
• Experience working in a childcare / nursery / preschool / confinement centre environment is highly preferred
• Fresh graduates or candidates without experience and willing to undergo KAP course are welcomed
• Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
• Warm, caring, and professional communication skills. Love babies is a MUST
