Childcare Nurse Lead

Responsibilities

· Provide gentle care and daily routines for infants e.g. feeding, bathing, changing, napping and comforting infants.

· Implement developmental-appropriate play-based activity based on lesson plan & prepare materials as needed

· Observe and document each baby's milestones progress and needs to prepare periodic assessment report

· Communicate closely with parents on daily routines, baby milestones, and achievements

· Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness of the nursery area

· Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

· Organise & participate in school events e.g. family day, celebrations, parents-teacher meeting

Requirements

· Candidate possess diploma or degree in Nursing is highly encouraged

· Experience in modern infant care, babysitting, maternity centres is preferred

· Candidates with KAP / childcare training are highly encouraged

· Retired nurses or mothers with baby care experience are welcome

· Fresh graduates or candidates without experience and willing to undergo KAP course are welcome

· Required languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)

· Warm, gentle, and caring nature

· Loves babies and enjoys nurturing them

· Training and guidance will be provided
