RESPONSIBILITIES

Game Producer

Proven experience managing game development projects from concept to launch.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (art, design, engineering, QA).

Solid understanding of production pipelines, agile methodologies, and milestone tracking.

Familiarity with project management tools

Senior/Lead Engineer

5+ years of experience in game development or related software engineering.

Deep knowledge of C++ or C# and experience with game engines (e.g., Unreal, Unity).

Strong understanding of performance optimization, system architecture, and debugging.

Experience mentoring junior developers and/or leading engineering teams.

Ability to design scalable, maintainable systems for gameplay and tools.

Game Programmer

2+ years of experience in a programming role within game development.

Proficiency in C++, C#, or relevant programming languages and experience with game engines (e.g., Unreal, Unity)

Understanding of game engines and development tools.

Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Interest in gameplay, systems, tools, or engine programming.

Senior/Lead Game Designer

5+ years of experience in game design with shipped titles.

Strong skills in systems, mechanics, and/or content design.

Ability to lead and mentor other designers and collaborate across disciplines.

Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Experience balancing gameplay and analysing player feedback.

3Cs Designer

Deep understanding of player movement, camera behaviour, and control systems.

Experience tuning character feel and responsiveness in 3D environments.

Ability to prototype and iterate quickly based on feedback.

Strong collaboration with animation, level design, and engineering.

Experience with scripting or engine tools (e.g., Blueprints, Unity scripts).

UI/UX Designer

Experience designing intuitive and visually appealing UI for games.

Strong understanding of user-centred design principles.

Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop.

Experience implementing UI in game engines (Unity, Unreal, etc.) is a plus.

Ability to collaborate with UX researchers, designers, and engineers.

Level Artists

Proficiency in creating visually compelling and immersive game environments.

Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and mood.

Experience with modular asset use and world-building tools.

Familiarity with a real-time engine (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity).

Collaborative mindset with level design and environment teams.

Environment Artist

Experience creating high-quality environment assets (organic and/or hard surface).

Strong knowledge of modelling, texturing, and material creation.

Proficiency in tools such as Blender, Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter/Designer.

Familiarity with game engine pipelines and performance constraints.

Ability to contribute to a cohesive visual style and collaborate across teams.
