Syarat Kelayakan

Minimum SPM / Diploma dalam bidang berkaitan (Perniagaan, Komunikasi, atau Kesihatan).

Mempunyai pengalaman dalam sales / customer service (sekurang-kurangnya 6 bulan digalakkan).

Mahir menggunakan WhatsApp Business, Google Sheet, dan media sosial.

Pandai berkomunikasi, mesra pelanggan & mampu "closing" dengan sopan.

Boleh bekerja dalam pasukan & shift (jika perlu).

Berdisiplin, amanah dan komited mencapai target bulanan.

Fasih Bahasa Melayu, kelebihan jika boleh Bahasa Inggeris.

Tanggungjawab Dan Task kerja

a) Jualan & Servis Pelanggan

-Menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan melalui WhatsApp / panggilan / media sosial.

-Menerangkan jenis rawatan, harga & promosi dengan jelas dan sopan.

-Menetapkan janji temu (appointment) dan memastikan pelanggan hadir.

-Melakukan follow-up terhadap prospek yang belum membuat keputusan.

-Mempromosikan rawatan tambahan (upsell/cross-sell) seperti Whitening, Scaling, Veneer dll.

b) Pencapaian & Laporan

-Mencapai jualan bulanan minimum yang telah ditetapkan.

-Melengkapkan laporan mingguan (jualan, leads, follow-up, pelanggan datang).

-Membantu dapatkan review positif pelanggan (10 Customers bulanan).

c) Khidmat Pelanggan & Imej Klinik

-Menjaga etika, penampilan dan komunikasi profesional sepanjang masa.

-Memberi layanan mesra & penerangan yang tepat tentang rawatan.

-Memastikan setiap pelanggan berpuas hati dengan servis klinik.

d) Disiplin & Tanggungjawab Dalaman

-Hadir bekerja mengikut jadual (≥95% kehadiran tepat masa).

-Mematuhi SOP klinik, dasar privasi dan etika profesional.

-Melaporkan sebarang isu pelanggan atau maklum balas kepada pengurus klinik.
