About the Role

Are you passionate about fashion and customer service? We're looking for a Boutique Sales Assistant to join our vibrant team at BY CHEFIZA SDN. BHD. In this role, you'll be part of a fast-growing fashion brand, helping customers discover styles they love while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience at our boutique.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and styling advice.
  • Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Replenish stock and ensure product displays meet company standards.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.
  • Support team members in daily store operations when required.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service (experience in fashion/boutique environment is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers confidently.
  • Passionate about fashion and knowledgeable about current trends.
  • A great team player who works well in a collaborative environment.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
