We're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Success Executive to join our team You'll be the go-to person for our customers—helping them with orders, answering questions on live chat, WhatsApp, and email, and even meeting customers in person or virtually to make sure they have the best possible experience.

What You'll Do…

i. Order Processing: Process customer orders quickly and accurately.

ii. Customer Communication: Chat with customers on live chat, WhatsApp, email and sometimes face-to-face.

iii. Issue Resolution: Listen to customers' needs and find the right solutions for them.

iv. Customer Orientation: Make every customer feel valued through follow-ups and personalized care.

v. Billing Support: Help with billing questions and work with other teams to solve issues fast.

What We're Looking For…

i. Education: Diploma or higher in Business, Communications, Customer Service or similar.(Fresh grads welcome)

ii. Communication Skills: Strong English skills, both written and spoken.

iii. Customer Orientation: Friendly, customer-first attitude.

iv Detail-Oriented: Great attention to detail and organization.

v. Team Collaboration: A team player who enjoys working with others.
