Job Duties and Responsibilities

  1. BOM Creation & Maintenance

  2. Create, review, and update BOMs based on engineering drawings, customer specifications, and design changes.

  3. Ensure BOM accuracy across all systems (ERP, PLM) and align with production requirements.

  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  5. Work closely with engineering, procurement, and production teams to validate BOM components and quantities.

  6. Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or missing information.

  7. Change Management

  8. Process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and ensure timely updates to BOMs.

  9. Track and implement revisions to BOMs based on design updates or customer feedback.

  10. Data Integrity & Compliance

  11. Maintain data consistency across systems and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., RoHS, REACH).

  12. Support audits and documentation requests related to BOM and material traceability.
  13. Understanding of cost structures and supply chain dynamics in electronics manufacturing.
