Key Account / Channel Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities :

1. Key Account Management

Manage and maintain relationships with key chained stores, dealers, online platform, and retail channels.

Understand client needs and provide solutions to drive product visibility and sales.

Develop account plans, negotiate terms, and secure long-term partnerships.

2. Sales Channel Development

Identify, develop, and manage multiple sales channels (online, offline, retailers, speciality channels, and marketplace partners).

Implement channel strategies to maximize market coverage and product penetration.

Monitor channel performance and propose improvements or new opportunities.

3. Business Growth & Revenue

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Plan and execute sales initiatives, promotions, and product launches with channel partners.

Monitor pricing, margins, and competitive movement to maintain profitability.

4. Relationship Building & Networking

Develop strong relationships with buyers, category managers, and business partners.

Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts and present business performance updates.

5. Coordination & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.

Coordinate with marketing team for promotional campaigns that support channel sales.

6. Reporting & Analysis

Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports with insights and recommendations.

Forecast sales demand and ensure alignment with supply planning.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 2–5 years experience in key account management, sales channel development, or B2B sales.

Experience in FMCG, e-commerce, or baby products industry is an added advantage.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Good understanding of sales analytics and business planning.

Proactive, target-driven, and able to build strong business relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM7,000.00 per month
