Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Promotion
- Promote and sell our range of breastfeeding, mother, and baby products within the assigned territory.
- Service existing sales accounts and target new ones to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure close follow-up with customers to finalize sales deals.
- Marketing & Sales Initiatives
- Initiate and execute sales and marketing activities aligned with the company's objectives.
- Plan, prepare, negotiate, and execute marketing and promotional activities with business partners.
- Propose and organize marketing events, support programs, and workshops to drive sales.
- Product Training & Knowledge
- Conduct product training sessions for business partners, promoters, and consumers.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company's products.
- Promoter Management
- Recruit, train, monitor, and manage promoter performance and related matters.
- Customer Engagement & Feedback
- Attend to customer feedback and follow up closely with after-sales services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Event & Expo Management
- Plan, prepare, and execute company events and expos to enhance brand visibility and sales.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports.
- Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competitor information to identify opportunities and improve strategies.
- Other Duties
- Handle any other relevant tasks as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma & higher in Marketing, Business, Economics or equivalent
· At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Proven experience in sales, preferably in the baby product or consumer goods industry.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior.
· Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
· Possess own transport with valid driving license
· Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Proficiency in English language is a good advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in working with baby specialty shops or hospital channels.
- Background in marketing or event management is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3, RM6,000.00 per month
