Project planning and management

• Sets up new modernization jobs and change orders, and submits for processing
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans from initiation through completion.
• Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within profit and cost objectives.
• Create and manage project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met and materials are ordered and delivered on time.
• Manage contract specifications, variations, and valuations.

Stakeholder and team coordination

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate site teams, including subcontractors.
• Facilitate communication between various internal and external departments to resolve issues quickly.

Safety and quality control

• Ensure all projects are completed in a safe and controlled environment, in compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
• Oversee quality checks and ensure final work is completed with zero defects.
• Manage the permit-to-work system.

Technical and administrative tasks

• Coordinate all technical aspects across different project phases, including sales, pre-tender, and commissioning.
• Ensure technical instructions and diagrams are interpreted correctly.
• Address technical questions to keep material delivery on schedule.
• Oversee progress reporting and manage project documentation.

Requirements:

• Possesses a bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic)
• Possesses 3-4 years of experience in similar position and industry.
• Strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills.
• Target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organization
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional time management skills and possess strong organizational abilities.
• Highly organized and structured, able to deal with multiple tasks and competing priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and results driven.
