Khidmat Hijau SDN BHD is a privately owned construction company in Malaysia possessing the highest Grade G7 license approved by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Malaysia. Specializing in water infrastructures such as sewerage reticulation, sewer lines, water reticulation, and water treatment plants, the company handles projects for unlimited amounts. They are also known for their 'Design and Build' sewerage treatment plant and intermediate pumping station projects in South of West Malaysia. Khidmat Hijau has recently ventured into Pipe Jacking technology and has completed several significant projects. Their subsidiary, Green City Machinery (GCM), offers reputable construction machinery rental services.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a BIM Modeler based in Johor Bahru, with some work-from-home flexibility. The BIM Modeler will create and manage building information models, encompassing tasks such as developing architectural designs, coordinating with Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems, and producing construction drawings. The individual will ensure that models are detailed, accurate, and align with project requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Modeler skills
  • Strong understanding of Architectural design
  • Experience with Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
  • Ability to create and interpret Construction Drawings
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
