Job Summary

Architectural work on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes.

Key Responsibilities


• Supervise and coordinate all architectural works at site.

• Ensure construction complies with approved drawings, specifications, authority requirements, and quality standards.

• Monitor architectural finishes (facade, tiling, plastering, ceiling, doors/windows, etc.) to ensure workmanship quality.

• Coordinate with consultants, main contractor, and subcontractors to resolve site issues and technical discrepancies.


• Ensure all necessary inspection and testing are performed and verified/passed before proceeding to the next stage of construction or installation work.


• Review and verify shop drawings, material samples, and method statements.


• Ensure safety standards and housekeeping are maintained at all times.

• Assist in handover inspections and rectification of defects.

Qualifications


• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering / Building / Architectural or any equivalent related field.

Skills & Abilities


• Able to work independently and in a team.

• Computer literate with Microsoft Office; Project & Power Point.

Expected Minimum Years of Experience


• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in architectural works.
