Our client INNOVATE NET MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a HR Generalist to join their team

What you'll be doing?
  • Visa Management: Oversee work permit processes for foreign employees, maintaining accurate records and liaising with immigration authorities to ensure compliance.
  • Payroll Processing: Handle monthly payroll calculations, including bonuses, allowances, and statutory deductions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage statutory and company benefits, serving as the main point of contact for employee queries on HR and payroll matters.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Coordinate all aspects of the employee journey from onboarding to exit, ensuring smooth transitions and proper documentation.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Generate regular HR reports and maintain strict adherence to Malaysian labor laws and data protection requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance HR processes to boost employee satisfaction and strengthen integration with the group.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: Candidates with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields are preferred.
  • HR Experience: At least 3 years of experience in HR roles within Malaysia, ideally in multinational companies or Shared Service Centers.
  • Payroll Expertise: Hands-on experience in Malaysian payroll calculations and statutory compliance is essential.
  • Visa Processing Knowledge: Practical experience in handling work visas for expatriates in Malaysia is required.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, Malay and Mandarin is necessary for effective communication.
  • Communication Abilities: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
