Key Responsibilities

Technical Enablement & Training

  • Design and deliver engaging hands-on technical workshops on Microsoft Power BI, Fabric, and Azure AI, GenAI solutions
  • Lead exploratory workshops with business teams to identify use cases and adoption opportunities for Microsoft data solutions
  • Lead and facilitate hackathons that accelerate solution development and foster innovation
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices for implementing Microsoft data and AI solutions

Content & Asset Management

  • Curate, develop, and maintain a library of demo assets, reference architectures, and code samples
  • Create compelling proof-of-concepts and demonstrations showcasing platform capabilities
  • Develop technical documentation, tutorials, and learning resources
  • Stay current with Microsoft product updates and translate them into practical guidance

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and pain points
  • Translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions
  • Build relationships across the organization to drive data literacy and platform adoption
  • Act as a trusted advisor for data and AI initiatives

Community Building

  • Foster a community of practice around Microsoft data and AI technologies
  • Share knowledge through presentations, blog posts, and internal communications
  • Mentor team members on platform capabilities and best practices
  • Represent the organization at relevant Microsoft events and user groups

Required Qualifications

Technical Expertise

  • Strong passion and working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Fabric, and GenAI solutions with hands-on ability to create demos, deliver workshops, and guide stakeholders through discovery sessions

Communication & Facilitation

  • Proven ability to deliver technical training and workshops to diverse audiences with excellent presentation and storytelling skills
  • Strong written communication for creating documentation and tutorials
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders

Business & Consulting Skills

  • Understanding of business intelligence and analytics use cases with ability to align solutions to business objectives
  • Experience in discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and consultative engagement
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach with adaptability and continuous learning mindset
