Due to significant growth in our tax business line, we are looking for Tax Seniors and Assistant Tax Managers to join our dynamic Tax Compliance Team and Transfer Pricing team.

We offer a varied and challenging scope of work, supported by a strong training programme and comprehensive technical resources. External training, as well as regular internal workshops and discussions, will be provided to keep you up to date.

Responsibilities – Tax Compliance
  • Prepare corporate and individual tax computations and returns for timely submission to the tax authorities.
  • Supervise and coach junior staff in tax compliance and tax administration.
  • Assist and advise clients on compliance requirements.
  • Provide training and technical guidance to clients and colleagues.
  • Assist and support in advisory and consultancy work, such as responding to tax audit queries from the Inland Revenue Board (IRB).

Responsibilities – Transfer Pricing
  • Assist in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation, including functional analyses, industry research, and benchmarking studies, and apply the information to assess the client's position and develop effective transfer pricing strategies.
  • Be involved in transfer pricing advisory projects and related tasks as and when required.
  • Supervise and coach junior staff in transfer pricing matters.

Requirements
  • A degree in a relevant discipline and/or a professional qualification (e.g., ACCA/CIMA).
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in the field.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements, work independently with minimal supervision, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of both corporate and personal income tax laws.
  • Ability to conduct independent research on tax issues using the tools provided.
  • Experience in tax incentive applications is an added advantage.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Pleasant personality, high integrity, self-motivated, and a positive outlook on life.
  • Willingness to work in Johor Bahru.
