Job Descriptions

  • Manage finance operations and responsible for all aspects of the accounting functions including financial and management reporting, statutory compliance reporting, credit control and operations support.
  • Manage day to day accounting operation matters.
  • Perform monthly closing of accounts and ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare monthly management reports, analysis reports, AP, AR & bank reconciliations, and other accounts related reports. Manage and assist on Group Reporting.
  • Maintain a fixed assets register.
  • Prepare cash flow projections, budget, and profit forecasts.
  • Liaise with auditors and tax agents on audit, tax, transfer pricing and other statutory requirements.
  • Prepare statutory financial statements, tax computations, SST and furnish information for audit and tax filing submission.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards and relevant statutory requirements.
  • Review and analyze accounting transactions or business results as requested.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

  • familiar with Autocount accounting system
  • Education : Diploma or degree in Accounts or relevant field
  • Experience : Senior 3-5 years working experience
  • Proficient in Chinese, English, and Malay.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5, RM7,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Account management: 4 years (Preferred)
  • Complete accounting set: 4 years (Preferred)
