Job Description:

a. Accounting & Finance Responsibilities

i. Control credit and ensure debtors make timely payments.

ii. Perform bank, creditor, and debtor reconciliations.

iii. Ensure accuracy of all payment records and accounting data.

iv. Prepare statutory accounts and financial reports.

v. Handle journals, sales & purchase ledgers, and spreadsheets.

vi. Manage and maintain the SQL Accounting System

b. Administrative & Operational Support

i. Assist superiors with ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

ii. Assist in daily center operations and general administrative duties.

iii. Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems (manual or computerized).

iv. Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities and business transactions.

v. Process and prepare documents such as business forms, government forms, and expense reports.

vi. Input, record, and analyze data and other information for reports.

vii. Review files and records to obtain information needed for reporting or responding to requests.

viii. Perform general clerical work as needed.

Job Requirement

a. Field of Study: Accounting, Auditing, or Taxation

b. Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification

c. Position Level: Senior Executive

d. Work Experience: 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience

e. Good knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes

f. Proficient in SQL Accounting System (or willing to learn)

g. Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and time-management skills

h. Able to work independently with minimal supervision
