Admin Assistant

Main job description
- To provide professional administrative assistance to customers end to end
- To prepare quotation, billing and invoicing accurately and in a timely manner
- To be the liaison between customer, management and mechanics
- Administrative tasks which includes documentation, filing and maintaining records
Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Certificate/Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Preferably with minimum 1 year experience in Automotive Industry
- Must have knowledge of the basic car components and functionality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and BM
- Basic computer knowledge such as Microsoft Office and SQL accounting software
- Punctual with a good attendance record
- Able to work independently, detail-oriented and responsible
- Willing to learn, self-motivated and proactive
- Able to work efficiently in a fast moving environment
Working hours: Monday - Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
