Job Role:

● To implement all policies, activities, procedures as relevant and required by the Company.

● Assist in cost checking.

● To be involved in calling, checking tender documents, closing and evaluation of tender documents, closing and evaluation of tenders including attending tenders' interview, recommendation for award.

● To scrutinize rationalization of rates and monitoring of contract documentation.

● To control and evaluate variation orders/recommendations for approval.

● To process consultants/contractor's claims and any claims pertaining to project matters.

● To prepare a monthly financial statement.

● To prepare a final account and recommendation for management endorsement.

● To attend all project meetings and site meetings, if necessary.

● Pre-qualification of contractors and consultants.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the proven ability to draft and negotiate contractual letters effectively.

● Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a focus on reaching fair and favorable resolutions.

● High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

● Meticulous approach to contract administration and a commitment to delivering high quality work

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM4, RM8,000.00 per month
