Role Description

BCS Mechanical Technician
role located in
Putrajaya (
Kementerian Pembangunan Wanita, Keluarga & Masyarakat Malaysia, KPWKM
)
. The BCS Mechanical Technician will assist in monitoring and maintaining the Building Control Room System (BCS), including
lift systems, pumps, control panels, and general mechanical equipment
.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Troubleshoot and attend to mechanical issues.
  • Assist in corrective maintenance and ensure smooth operation of building systems.
  • Comply with safety standards and building operation protocols.

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    SPM
    .
  • Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical work is an advantage; training will be provided.
  • Willing and able to work
    shift hours
    .
  • Able to perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physically fit and willing to work in a building operations environment.

Terms of Employment

  • Duration: 2-month short-term contract
  • Work schedule: Shift-based
  • Overtime (OT) is claimable
