What You'll Do:

  • Make outbound calls to engage with existing and potential customers.
  • Promote insurance products and services professionally and effectively.
  • Build strong relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Identify customer needs and provide the right insurance solutions.
  • Accurately record all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and service targets.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of outbound sales experience (preferably in call centre or insurance).
  • Good to have GI – BCP & PGI certifications.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Energetic, proactive, and customer-focused team player.
  • Basic computer literacy.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5, RM7,000.00 per month
