About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Agricode Green Sdn.Bhd. in Senai, Johor. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring the efficient and effective production of our high-quality products.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervising and coordinating the activities of production teams to meet quality, quantity, and efficiency targets
  2. Monitoring production processes and identifying areas for improvement to enhance productivity and output
  3. Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
  4. Providing training and guidance to production staff to develop their skills and knowledge
  5. Collaborating with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations
  6. Generating and analysing production reports to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
  7. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a production supervisory or team leader role within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
  2. Strong technical knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control procedures
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances
  4. Proven leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and develop a team
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders
  6. Relevant qualifications in engineering, operations management, or a related field
