JOB DESCRIPTION> QC SUPERVISORPerform daily QC monitoring as well as any non-conformance validation issue task at production line.Support PQE Engineer for New Production Introduction (NPI) stage especially in providing enough training to QC inspectorLiase with respective cross fuctional teamResponsible for QC inspector arrangement including overtime and add hock task from PQE.> SMT SUPERVISORBalances quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve positive results in all areas. Works to continuously improve in all areas and manages departmental performance measures, including visual controls and provides regular progress reports to production manager.Maintains proper inventory levels and SMT / MI Status as a scheduling tool, tracks absenteeism and time-keeping.Determine the sequence of work orders and direct the daily activities and production schedules of the SMT group.Review shortage reports and monitor receipt of shortage material and communicate directly with the Planners and Cell Leads concerning production dates, shortages, product status, etc.Review AOI reports and subsequent reports on quality attributes. Make process improvements as needed.Initiate and participate in Lean projects / training and Supervisory Duties (includes SMT Set-up, Programmers, Pick & Place Operators, AOI Operators, X-Ray Operators, etc.)Make recommendations for hiring, and work with the HR Department as needed for any disciplinary action that may be required.> PRODUCTION SUPERVISORAssist the Supervisor in coordinating teams activities and ensuring that all team members understand their responsibilities abd provide day to day guidance and support operators (Team Support)Monitor prodcution process to ensure adherence to established procedures and quality metrics and address any operational issues promptly, escalating matters to Assistant Manager when necessery. (Operational Oversight)Track team performance againts key performance indicator (KPIs) and report finding and provide constructive feedback to team members to support growth and development. (Performance Monitoring)Assist in onboarding new team members and provide ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge and identify training needs within the teams. (Training and Development)Conduct regular safety check and ensure all team members adhere to safety protocol and maintain a safe working environment (Safety Compliance)Maintain accurate records of team performance, attendance and operational incident. Prepare report regarding production activities and team progress. (Documentation and reporting)Work closely with other departments and facilate communication between team members and management to ensure allignment on objectives. (Collaboration)
