JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager to learn IT Intern to support our ICT team in maintaining daily IT operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in troubleshooting, technical support, and assisting in system maintenance. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in IT and is keen to gain practical experience in a professional environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with basic IT support tasks, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Help ensure all computer systems are operational, including PCs, printers, and network devices.

Support in maintaining IT inventory and updating asset records.

Assist in the setup and configuration of new computers and equipment.

Help monitor and report issues related to internet connectivity and internal systems.

Provide support in managing user accounts and access rights (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint).

Learn and help with basic cybersecurity practices, including antivirus and software updates.

Support documentation of IT procedures and troubleshooting guides.

Safeguard and not to disclose customer (personal and organization) details and our company's confidential information.

Provide IT support for trade shows and events such as MAS Travel Fair, roadshows, and MATTA.

Any other duties at the discretion of the company.

JOB SPECIFICATION

MINIMUM ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION

· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

· Basic understanding of computer systems, hardware, software, and networking.

· Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.

· Good problem-solving and communication skills.

· Able to work in a team and follow instructions.
