Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell travel packages through various channels (social media, WhatsApp, client visits, exhibitions).
  • Manage potential customers and follow up on sales negotiations.
  • Prepare quotations and invoices for clients.
  • Achieve the designated sales targets.
  • Arrange travel itineraries according to clients' needs and budgets, including suggested destinations, activities and schedules.
  • Prepare accommodation and booking lists such as hotels, flights, transportation, meals, tour guides and entrance fees.
  • Build relationships with local and international suppliers.
  • Manage participants' needs before, during, and after the trip.
  • Conduct live streaming activities through social media platforms to promote travel packages.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certificate in Travel & Tour Operations or Tourism Marketing is an advantage.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in tourism, travel agency or sales-related fields.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written).
  • Good command of English and Malay (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Customer-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
