Admin Assistant

Office
- Manage office and pantry supplies, ensuring timely restocking.
- Maintain cleanliness and oversee general office maintenance.
- Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media.
- Collect and compile staff attendance for payroll processing.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Track and manage stock levels.
- Assist with processing domestic and international sales orders.
- Print and prepare airway bills (AWB) for orders.
- Update inventory systems (TikTok Shop, website).
- Support interns with training coordination.
Stock Management
- Conduct daily stock take for incoming and outgoing inventory.
Paperwork & Scheduling
- Create and maintain a team calendar (e.g., for live hosts).
- Coordinate weekly team meetings and staff appointments (e.g., interviews).
- Manage and document staff leave requests.
- Prepare official documents (offer letters, increment letters, termination letters).
- Generate daily and monthly sales reports.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1, RM2,100.00 per month
