Kami sedang mencari seorang Operator CCTV yang teliti dan berpengalaman untuk menyertai pasukan dinamik kami di Pavilion Bukit Jalil. Peranan ini amat penting dalam memastikan persekitaran yang selamat dan terjamin di pusat membeli-belah yang mewah dan sibuk. Calon ideal mestilah mempunyai latar belakang yang kukuh dalam pengawasan, kemahiran komunikasi yang cemerlang, dan keupayaan untuk bertindak segera terhadap sebarang insiden.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

  • Memantau dan merakam rakaman CCTV untuk mendapatkan maklumat dan bukti penting.
  • Mengendalikan dan menyelenggara kamera keselamatan serta sistem pengawasan.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan kontraktor dan menyelia kerja-kerja penyelenggaraan peralatan CCTV.
  • Melaporkan tingkah laku atau insiden mencurigakan kepada pihak pengurusan dan/atau pihak berkuasa yang berkenaan.
  • Membantu dalam menyemak dan memuat turun rakaman CCTV mengikut keperluan, sambil memastikan integriti data.

Kelayakan:

  • Kelayakan minimum: Sijil atau Diploma.
  • Pengalaman sekurang-kurangnya 2 tahun dalam bidang berkaitan.
  • Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik secara lisan dan tulisan.
  • Boleh bekerja mengikut shift, termasuk hujung minggu dan cuti umum.
  • Teliti, dengan kemahiran pemerhatian dan penyelesaian masalah yang baik.

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced CCTV Operator to join our dynamic team at Pavilion Damansara Heights. This role is critical to ensuring a safe and secure environment in a high-end, fast-paced retail setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surveillance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to respond promptly to any incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and record CCTV footage to capture essential details and evidence.
  • Operate and maintain security cameras and surveillance systems.
  • Coordinate with contractors and supervise maintenance tasks related to the CCTV equipment.
  • Report suspicious activities or incidents to management and/or relevant authorities.
  • Assist in reviewing and downloading CCTV recordings as required, ensuring data integrity.
  • Uphold high standards of safety and security in a bustling mall environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: Certificate or Diploma.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong observational and problem-solving skills.
