Software Project Manager – MRO AMS
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the PD/PM of BSS project delivery, serve as the first contact person of the customer, be responsible for the project delivery phase (plan/cost/quality), and be responsible for customer satisfaction.
- Streamline front-end sales and back-end O&M to ensure contract and delivery quality.
- Properly and effectively use project management knowledge, tools, and skills to build a team. Develop the project operation plan. Develop the project management plan. Schedule and coordinate internal and peripheral resources. Manage subcontractors, ensure efficient project delivery, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Be responsible for the project scope, progress, cost, delivery quality, project operation result, and profit, including detailed planning and project planning in the planning phase and monitoring of project progress and delivery in the implementation phase.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Telco & IT Industry.
- Experience in the following Huawei (or equivalent) solution is a plus, like NGBSS/BES,CRM,CBS.
- Good communication and people management skill.
Professional Knowledge
- Master and flexibly apply the professional knowledge in the knowledge domains of project management, and have experience in software delivery project management. such as change management, communication management, financial management, risk management, progress management, scope management, and stakeholder management.
- Be familiar with the integrated delivery mode of projects in the telecom industry, and have general knowledge of contracts, subcontracting, procurement, and commercial affairs.
- Have background knowledge about software solutions such as NGBSS/BES, CBS, and OCS and experience in implementing solutions for software products such as NGBSS/BES, CBS, and OCS.
- Be familiar with the basic principles and knowledge of the telecom industry and have a sense of teamwork.

Job Summary:
The Vulnerability Management Analyst is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating security vulnerabilities across the organization's IT infrastructure, networks, and applications. This role involves conducting regular vulnerability scans, prioritizing remediation efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance the organization's cybersecurity posture.
Responsibilities:
- Perform vulnerability assessments using infrastructure scans to identify weaknesses in systems, networks, and applications.
- Evaluate, rate, and prioritize vulnerabilities based on risk assessments and remediation timelines and relevant SLAs.
- Coordinate with IT, security, and development teams to implement patches and mitigation strategies.
- Maintain and update vulnerability management documentation, including policies, procedures, and response plans for zero day and critical vulnerabilities.
- Generate and present detailed reports on vulnerabilities, their impact, and remediation status to management and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze emerging threats and vulnerabilities to ensure proactive risk mitigation.
- Assist in security incident response and investigations, providing expertise on vulnerability exploitation
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ years of experience in vulnerability management, cybersecurity, or a related role.
- Proficiency with vulnerability management tools such as , Qualys VMDR, Rapid7 InsightVM, or Nessus.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and common vulnerabilities (e.g., CVE databases).
- Knowledge of vulnerability scoring systems (e.g., CVSS) and patch management processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Desired Skills Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+, CEH, CISSP, or GIAC (e.g., GSEC, GPEN).
