1. Perform system analysis, documentation, testing, and implementation of platform transitions.
2. Conduct system analysis and implementation to maintain and improve computer systems.
3. Enhance systems by adding new features and infrastructure improvements.
4. Install system updates to address vulnerabilities and enhance security measures.
5. Develop diagrams and flowcharts to illustrate logical operational steps.
6. Collaborate with upper management to define strategies and implement new processes.
7. Investigate system issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
8. Optimize core processes to improve business performance and operational efficiency.
9. Gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and conduct design workshops with users to ensure system alignment with business needs.
10. Provide ongoing client support related to system operations, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues.
11. Analyze root causes of system problems and identify effective solutions.
