Responsibilities

  • Provide chauffeuring services to the Group CEO, his family members, and other authorized company personnel as required.
  • Ensure punctuality and timely transportation to and from various destinations, including meetings, events, and appointments.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentable condition of the assigned vehicle at all times.
  • Monitor vehicle condition and schedule regular servicing, repairs, and inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety.
  • Adhere strictly to all traffic rules, regulations, and company policies while driving.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to the CEO and company affairs.
  • Assist with errands, deliveries, and other logistical needs as requested by the CEO or designated personnel.
  • Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the CEO.

Job Specifications

  • Valid personal and commercial driver's licenses
  • GDL & PSV License is preferable
  • Prior experience as a personal driver is advantageous
  • Thorough understanding of road regulations
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Able to start in the early morning 5.30am.
  • Able to work from Monday - Saturday (Saturday half day, on standby)
  • Able to work under pressure and with tight schedule
  • Have a positive personality and can do attitude
