Social Media Management:

Key Responsibilities:

  • SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS, etc.).
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and recommend improvements.
  • Content Creation:
  • Design visually appealing graphics and content using Adobe Illustrator (AI) and other design tools.
  • Create, edit, and produce short video clips for social media posts, stories, and ads.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice and guidelines.
  • Creative Development:
  • Brainstorm and generate creative ideas for social media campaigns, promotions, and content.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans.
  • Analyze the performance of social media content and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and engage with online communities.
  • Foster relationships with influencers and key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage social media contests, giveaways, and other engagement activities.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks:
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the management team.
  • Adapt to new responsibilities and challenges as they arise, contributing to the overall success of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a company or brand.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (AI) and other graphic design tools.
  • Strong skills in video production, including shooting and editing short video clips.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and tools to track and measure performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
  • Knowledge of content optimization for social media.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
