About the role

We are seeking a skilled Graphic & Design Supervisor to join our creative team at Ornapaper Industry (Perak) Sdn Bhd in Ipoh, Perak. As a full-time member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing a wide range of graphic design projects that support the company's marketing and branding initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and executing compelling visual concepts and designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, and packaging
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing and on-brand designs
  3. Responsible to work with Sales & Marketing department for concept development & art direction.
  4. Staying up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices to continually improve the company's visual identity
  5. Optimizing designs for digital and print output, ensuring high-quality and efficient production
  6. Participating in project planning and management to ensure timely delivery of design assets

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a graphic design or creative supervisory role, preferably within the design & architecture industry
  2. Proficiency in using design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  3. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  5. Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions that meet brand guidelines and client/stakeholder requirements
  6. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  7. A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning, impactful designs
