A. Operations Management

  • Supervise the outlet's daily operations, including opening, closing, and shift handover routines.
  • Ensure all food and beverage items are prepared, presented, and served according to company quality standards.
  • Uphold strict cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across kitchen and dining areas.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor inventory levels to support seamless operations and assist with stock control activities.

B. Staff Leadership & Development

  • Lead, motivate, and guide team members to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Plan and organize work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing and proper shift coverage.
  • Conduct on-the-job training for new hires on service procedures, company policies, and menu knowledge.
  • Assess employee performance and provide feedback or recommendations to the Outlet Manager.

C. Sales & Guest Experience

  • Support the Outlet Manager in achieving and surpassing daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Promote upselling and cross-selling techniques to enhance revenue opportunities.
  • Ensure every guest enjoys a pleasant dining experience through attentive and consistent service.

D. Administration & Reporting

  • Prepare and submit daily operational reports, including sales summaries, cash reconciliation, and inventory usage.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures on cash handling, staff conduct, and workplace safety.
  • Promptly communicate any operational issues, equipment faults, or staffing concerns to the Outlet Manager.
