RISE Intervention Programme Sdn Bhd is a center dedicated to providing a holistic Early Intervention Programme for children on the Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our mission is to prepare children for admission into mainstream learning institutions by offering equal educational opportunities for every child. We develop individualized education plans to facilitate each child's learning process and bridge competency gaps, fostering sustainable development and confidence. Located in Petaling Jaya, we focus on fostering a child's full potential through structured learning environments, play-based learning for toddlers, and improvement in communication and gross motor skills.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Early Intervention Programme (EIP) Teacher located in Petaling Jaya. The EIP Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing individualized lesson plans, conducting teaching sessions, and assessing student progress. Daily tasks include preparing educational materials, engaging in play-based learning activities, and communicating effectively with children, parents, and other educators. The EIP Teacher will also provide training and support for children's overall development and readiness for mainstream education.

Qualifications

• Skills in Lesson Planning and Education
• Strong Communication and Teaching skills
• Experience in Training and child development
• Relevant qualifications in Psychology, Special Education, or related fields
• Compassionate and patient personality
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum is a plus
