Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for menu planning, food quality, kitchen management, and team leadership to ensure excellent dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop menus with consistent food quality
- Oversee daily kitchen operations
- Manage kitchen staff, scheduling, and training
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Control food costs, inventory, and wastage
- Maintain high standards of presentation and taste
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Chef
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
- Ability to work under pressure
- Passion for food and culinary excellence
