Hiring: Property Management Executive

We're looking for someone who's hands-on, responsible, and eager to learn.

This isn't a desk job — it's a real, on-the-ground role that involves managing properties, coordinating maintenance, and turning empty spaces into ready-to-rent units.

You'll experience the full process of transforming a property from blank to beautiful — and running it efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate property operations and maintenance work

  • Supervise cleaning, setup, and handover processes

  • Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and feedback

  • Track expenses, utilities, and property records

  • Assist in space setup, organization, and improvement

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Property Management (or similar background preferred)

  • Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, WhatsApp, photo apps)

  • Responsible, willing to learn, and not afraid of fieldwork

  • Able to work independently and stay organized

  • Good communication in English and Mandarin
