Role Description

This is a PART- TIME on-site role located in iSETAN KLCC for a Retail Associate, FROM 15th January until 30th April 2026. The Retail Associate will be responsible for providing quality customer service as well as maintaining a clean and organized store. They will also be responsible for managing inventory, processing transactions, and answering customer inquiries. As a Retail Associate, the incumbent should ensure they provide a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate with diverse groups of people
  • Good interpersonal and listening skills with a positive attitude
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic math skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM2,100.00 per month
