Key Responsibilities

  • Safely drive the Director to and from office, meetings, events, and any other assigned destinations.
  • Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and serviced on schedule.
  • Plan routes efficiently, considering traffic, safety, and punctuality.
  • Assist with loading/unloading items, documents, or luggage when required.
  • Handle minor errands or tasks assigned by the Director.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times.
  • Monitor road conditions and ensure compliance with traffic laws and company rules.
  • Standby during working hours and be available for overtime or after-office hours when required.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence (Class D/B2).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a personal driver / company driver, preferably for senior management.
  • Clean driving record with no major traffic offences.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and punctuality.
  • Familiar with Klang Valley routes, highways, and traffic patterns.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters discreetly.
  • Neat appearance and pleasant personality.
  • Physically fit with ability to work long hours if needed.
